It's interesting how one gets into things throughout one's life. For me I didn't set out to be a blogger, matter of fact, until a couple years ago I couldn't really tell you what a blogger was.

So I approach this endeavor a "little shy" going in, with my purpose in starting this blog as an outreach of my travel business.

During Covid, I had a weekly travel show on an internet radio website, with RadioKAIR.com titled "Discussing Travel" where I discussed different aspects of travel, from destinations, to cruise ships and exciting destinations with cruise line representatives, and destination experts. But with many things during covid, I had to postpone my efforts in the travel business and went back to "work". Well now I'm back and looking to continue with those discussing travel efforts but I thought I could incorporate more discussions with and for you, the traveling public.

By the way, I actually do mean to really discuss travel issues with you. First off, I'm starting with a blog but I will also begin a podcast shortly as well. My hope is that through your comments, questions and listening to your travel stories and memories, we can bring the deeply human desire for travel to an entertaining level and all grow richer for our combined efforts.

So what do I plan on discussing with you?

My goal is to produce a weekly blog, with blogs coming out on Tuesdays. My broad topics will cover what we focus on with our travel business, blogs about exciting and fun destinations, such as European travel, Caribbean locations, Antarctic and Galápagos Islands adventures, blogs about our National Parks, and about our American and Texan destinations.

Essentially, I want to discuss issues of concern to everyone, especially people with accessibility challenges. You see, I've had to adjust how I travel, as I'm a disabled veteran and have had to rely on assistive devices more frequently over the past couple of years. My chronic neurological issues have changed my life in a myriad of ways. This "evolution" of my travel methods, has increased my awareness and understanding and hopefully my ability to communicate the needs of those with accessibility needs. After all I still travel as much as I can!

So I want to say thank you for stopping in and invite you to comment, ask questions and get involved with my blog. Your assistance will only make my efforts better.

Soooo.... come along and join me I appreciate your company.
